Nikos Bikinis is a Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal Health and Workplace Ergonomics. He graduated in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia (Greece) and went on to complete a postgraduate degree in the UK, obtaining an MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. During his training, he became a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MMACP), a recognition of advanced expertise in the management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Professional Background
Nikos gained over four years of professional experience in the United Kingdom. As an Occupational Health Physiotherapist, he worked with both employees and jobseekers experiencing musculoskeletal pain and injuries, supporting them to remain in or return to work. He also collaborated with businesses, providing ergonomic consultancy and delivering seminars and workshops focused on the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and the promotion of workplace wellbeing.
In addition, he worked within the UK National Health Service (NHS) as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, and later as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP), gaining extensive experience in clinical assessment and the early management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Drawing on this international expertise, he founded Workplace Physiocare in Greece, with the aim of bringing best practice in Occupational Health and Ergonomics to organisations, enhancing both employee wellbeing and organisational productivity.
